Reminder to Join Us as a Book Ambassador
A request to support us in sharing our new book
We will be sending a full PDF of our book in the upcoming week to those who signed up to be our book ambassadors. Thank you to those of you who responded.

Our posts are completely free to read. If you enjoy our work and wish to support our book, there's an option to upgrade to paid, but only if you want to. We are grateful to all our subscribers!
We’re getting closer to the release date of Beyond the Politics of Contempt. We finalized the copy edits over the Memorial Day weekend and the book is going through typesetting review this week. Typesetting is when the book is designed for printing. We’re hopeful that the book will be available for sale through online retails and print on demand in August 2025.
We will be making pdf copies of the book available as soon as the first typeset pages are proofed later this week, for those willing to read the book in advance. That way, we’ll have a group of people ready to leave Amazon reviews on the day the book is published.
What is a Book Ambassador?
As a book ambassador, you are helping to carry the message of the book to people you know online and offline. You can participate in several ways:
posting a review on Amazon and/or Goodreads when available at publication
posting on social media channels about the book or this Substack publication
recommending the book to a friend by word of mouth, either telling them about it or buying and gifting a copy to them
buying multiple copies of the book for people in your organization
hosting one or more of the authors on your podcast for an interview
hosting an event for the book launch, either virtual or in-person
attending a book launch
writing about the book on your Substack, blog, in your newsletter, or on some other media outlet to which you have access
You can sign up as a book ambassador using this form. When you sign up, you’re agreeing, for the purposes of this launch, to receive emails from the authors, sent by my company, Weaving Influence. We’ll send a pdf of the book as soon as it is available and will prompt you to review the book as soon as it’s open for reviews.
Our goal is to get 50 Amazon reviews within the month after publication, which will make our book more discoverable by readers who need it.
